Brunzell Historical LLC provides quality consulting services for both Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance. Projects range from evaluations of individual properties to large-scale documentation efforts for hundreds of resources, as well as findings of effect. We have prepared both citywide and neighborhood historic context statements. We also undertake mitigation projects including Historic American Building Survey (HABS) and Historic American Engineering Record (HAER) documentation. Our personnel are familiar with all relevant eras of architectural history and are equally adept evaluating Victorian-era buildings and the built environment dating from the more recent past. Brunzell Historical LLC frequently teams with other cultural resource management firms as well as planning and engineering companies.
